As a CRM Solution Development, you’ll be considered a learned professional that applies your subject matter expertise to design and implement CRM solutions for our clients across all phases of Avanade’s projects. You will be responsible for working with clients and leading Avanade delivery teams in planning, designing, building, testing, and maintaining CRM solutions. Further, you are likely a great leader with vast CRM experience. You understand the nuts and bolts of CRM systems and, more importantly, you know how to connect with clients and lead a team to reach its goals.

You are organized, energetic, and as comfortable in front of a boardroom as in front of a whiteboard with your development team. What you’ll do

• Lead the technical delivery of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
• Manage and mentor technical teams, driving accountability, coding standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and client stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Oversee CRM customization, including entities, attributes, business rules, workflows, and plugins.
• Provide technical direction for API development and system integrations using C# Web APIs and RESTful services.
• Manage version control and code collaboration using Bitbucket or similar tools.
• Ensure effective deployment and configuration management through CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins.
• Coordinate and perform CRM data migrations, preferably using SSIS or KingswaySoft.
• Implement and enforce unit testing practices using mock frameworks.
• Use tools like XRM Toolbox to enhance productivity and solution quality.
• Support the creation, packaging, and deployment of CRM solutions and environments.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations（ERP）導入プロジェクトにおいて、ファンクショナルコンサルタントとして、計画立案から導入後の運用支援まで一貫してご担当いただきます。

• 業務整理・要件定義

  └ 詳細設計の入力作成補助、設定・機能検証、単体試験の実施と証跡作成

• 課題・リスク・情報の整理と仮説検証
  └ 問題の構造化、仮説立案・検証、解決策の提案とレビュー依頼

• ドキュメンテーションとコミュニケーション
  └ 明確で簡潔な文章で資料を作成

• Cloud Security (z. B. Azure Security Services, Key Vault/HSM, Secrets & Key Management)

• Workshops & Enablement: Moderation von Kunden‑Workshops, Erstellung von Konzepten & Entscheidungsvorlagen; Know‑how‑Transfer und Guidelines.

• Qualität & Delivery: Mitwirkung an Risiko‑/Sicherheitsbewertungen, Audits, Policy‑ und Prozessdesign; je nach Seniorität auch fachliche Führung kleiner Teams/Workstreams.
