Responsabilités clés
- Développer, structurer et conclure des opportunités en prenant en charge l’ensemble du cycle de vente, du premier contact jusqu’à la négociation et la signature, auprès de décideurs de niveau exécutif (VP et direction).
- Générer un pipeline et atteindre les objectifs de revenus grâce à différentes stratégies : acquisition de nouveaux clients et développement des comptes existants.
- Diriger les initiatives de co-vente avec Microsoft et collaborer avec les partenaires de l’écosystème afin d’aligner les stratégies, structurer les opportunités et conclure des ententes conjointes.
- Piloter des opportunités complexes et coordonner les équipes internes pour livrer des propositions axées sur les résultats, incluant les énoncés de travaux, les approbations commerciales et la contractualisation.
- Établir des relations de confiance avec les dirigeants clients, cartographier les parties prenantes, développer des références et positionner Avanade comme partenaire stratégique à long terme.
- Contribuer à la croissance dans des secteurs clés : services financiers, santé et sciences de la vie, commerce de détail et biens de consommation, ressources (énergie, pétrole et gaz), communications, médias et technologies (CMT), ainsi que produits (incluant le secteur manufacturier).

We are seeking a senior Client Solutions Power Platform Go‑to‑Market Lead to own and drive Avanade Canada’s Power Platform go‑to‑market strategy, acting as the primary market‑facing leader for Power Platform transformation across Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Copilot Studio, and the broader Microsoft ecosystem.
This role is designed for a leader with a strong Power Platform delivery, architecture, or solution leadership background who has evolved into a commercial, market‑making position. The successful candidate will bring executive credibility, a strong Microsoft ecosystem mindset, and the ability to shape demand and accelerate pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Power Platform Go‑To‑Market Ownership
Own Avanade Canada’s Power Platform solution plays, including market strategy, solution positioning, priority industries, and GTM focus. Define how Avanade shows up in the market for Power Platform‑led transformation, with clear differentiation, messaging, and value propositions aligned to Microsoft priorities and Avanade offerings.
Pipeline Acceleration
Help capitalize on immediate large‑scale opportunities by bringing senior leadership to shape pursuits, accelerate decisioning, and increase deal confidence. Focus on converting near‑term opportunities into durable pipeline and repeatable market momentum.
Client Engagement & Solution Positioning
Lead senior‑level client discussions centered on Power Platform outcomes such as operating model modernization, productivity and workflow automation, low‑code at scale, governance, and AI‑enabled value. Shape compelling solution approaches that resonate with business and technology leaders without becoming embedded in detailed functional or technical design.
Sales Pursuit & Pre‑Sales Leadership
Lead and support Power Platform‑focused pursuits, including opportunity qualification, pursuit strategy, solution shaping, and executive presentations. Partner with sales leaders, delivery architects, and industry SMEs to build credible, differentiated, and commercially viable proposals.
Microsoft & Ecosystem Leadership
Serve as Avanade Canada’s primary Power Platform GTM counterpart to Microsoft, owning joint pipeline strategy, priority accounts, and co‑sell motions. Strengthen Avanade’s position with Microsoft as the partner of choice for Power Platform transformation, and engage selectively with Accenture partners where relevant.
Senior Delivery Oversight (Sales-to-Delivery Confidence)
Provide senior oversight and credibility across flagship Power Platform engagements—supporting smooth transition from sold work into delivery, helping remove blockers, and ensuring early delivery aligns to the client narrative and commercial expectations. This is oversight and leadership, not hands‑on delivery execution.
Capability & Practice Building
Partner with the Practice Lead to help build Power Platform capability across Canada, including playbook development, repeatable assets, and talent growth. Contribute to establishing best practice, quality bars, and market credibility across the practice.
Thought Leadership & Market Presence
Represent Avanade as a visible Power Platform leader in the Canadian market through executive briefings, Microsoft‑led events, client roundtables, and targeted thought leadership. Position Avanade as a trusted advisor for Power Platform transformation—not just a low‑code implementer.
Sales Enablement & Internal Leadership
Enable Sales and Client Solutions teams with Power Platform narratives, positioning guidance, and pursuit support. Act as a senior Power Platform voice within Avanade Canada, providing clarity on where to play, how to win, and how to scale.

Industry X, referring to Industry X.0 solutions & services that help our Manufacturing clients & beyond to revolutionize the way they design, manufacturer and utilize products and services, represents a significant opportunity to drive incremental growth for Avanade and Accenture on the Microsoft platform.
Role Overview
As a Technical Architect, you’ll be a Subject Matter Expert and responsible for providing industry-specific guidance and insights to our clients and internal teams. You’ll be part of the global Industry X core team and support and enable our regional teams incubate and scale industry-specific solutions and services, with a focus on:
Helping our clients establish shopfloor connectivity and a scalable OT Data & Platform foundation to enable new IT/OT solutions and business value-adding services.
Harvesting, evolving and industrializing related best practice approaches and reusables assets
Help shaping repeatable Factory Data Foundation and Agentic Factory AI & Analytics offerings aligned to market needs and internal roadmaps as SME.
Though this is a global role, regional integration with key stakeholders is key to deliver impact and multiplicator effects.
Key Accountabilities
Foster market reputation and awareness for Avanade Industry X solutions and services.
Establish and sustain strategic relationships with Accenture, Microsoft, and relevant industry partners.
Enable, support and coach local teams in unlocking and capturing Industry X growth opportunities, thereby actively driving Avanade Industry X Pipeline, overall and for Advisory services.
Guide Bid Teams on defining winning strategies and developing tailored solutions and services.
Be the Advisory lead within Industry X projects, defining appropriate technical architectures and/or ensuring value realization.
Create reusable assets and accelerators and contribute to the continuous launch of new Industry X advisory services.
