Michael Jacobi

Michael is a strategy consultant for digitization in the area of customer experience and marketing. He is a keynote speaker, workshop moderator and passionate "finder of requirements and innovation" for market-oriented corporate development. He has gained management expertise as the head of marketing and communication at a top player in international tourism and has experience with numerous companies and corporations through projects focusing on digital change. In his career to date, he has been responsible for well over 300 campaigns focused on brand awareness and lead-nuturing. In 2019, he was also appointed to the advisory board of Germany's second largest marketing organization, the Marketing Club Düsseldorf. His motto is "Customer focus is the key to brand strategies." His passion for helping people and companies grasp their problems before looking for ideas to arm themselves for competition and progress. As a 360-degree marketing expert, he combines offline and online experience programs with digital technologies.
