Nathalie is the HR Director for the UK and Ireland, based in London. In this role, she is responsible for the people agenda which includes ensuring we attract the best diverse talent in the market; that we offer exciting career opportunities and training investment so that our people stay market relevant, and that we have creative engagement programmes in place so that our people have long careers at Avanade.  She is a member of the UKI Leadership Team as well as the global HR Leadership Team.  She has over 20 years experience in various HR roles and has worked in Paris and New York at previous companies.
