Avanade people: customer-centric service

If I had to name one thing that has kept me at Avanade for 13 years, it would have to be ‘the people.’

We hear this frequently in the business vernacular. ‘Our people around the globe are top-notch.’ ‘Best in the industry.’ ‘Our people make all the difference.’

These terms are so often used that they begin to lose meaning unless backed up by concrete examples.

That is why I am proud to say that when we asked Avanade employees one simple question, ‘how have you gone above and beyond for a customer?,’ they really delivered. This is customer-centric service at its finest. Not that I had any doubt.

In our new video that looks at customer-centric service, you’ll see some pretty cool stories.

You’ll read about a team that configured its own office space from the ground up, a leader who took a 6-hour car trip with her customer to prepare for a presentation, and a project lead who hopped on the next flight to India to provide much-needed support and guidance.

Of course, heroism isn't always needed. We deliver for our customers all day, every day all around the world. But on those rare occasions when something comes up and a something extra is required, Avanade people have a way of coming through.
