Sé parte de una formación específica en la tecnología a utilizar por consultores de Avanade, posteriormente, formarás parte del desarrollo de proyecto dentro de los clientes de Avanade.

 Que hay para ti:

 Participarás en el desarrollo de aplicaciones basadas en Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement y Microsoft Power Platform. Las principales tareas técnicas que te asignarán serán:

• Construcción de un modelo de datos basado en Dataverse mediante la creación de tablas, atributos o relaciones

• Parametrización de las vistas y formularios de las aplicaciones de Dynamics o Power Apps

• Desarrollo de la lógica de negocio mediante Javascript o .Net C# a través de componentes de Dynamics como Plugins, Actions, Activity Custom Workflows o Web Resources

• Creación de Dashboards e informes basados en los componentes de Dynamics 365

• Configuración de flujos automatizados mediante Power Automate o Dynamics Workflows

Trabajando como parte del equipo ERP, recopilará información, analizará requisitos y resolverá problemas, brindando soporte técnico y operativo.

 Lo que harás:

• Analizar y transformar los requisitos de negocio en modelos funcionales y técnicos, alineando los procesos del cliente con las capacidades de la solución ERP.

• Configurar y parametrizar Microsoft Dynamics 365, asegurando que los procesos implementados respondan a las necesidades operativas del cliente.

• Participar en workshops y sesiones de trabajo con clientes, consultores funcionales y responsables de negocio para el análisis, diseño y validación de soluciones, así como la gestión de brechas detectadas durante la fase de prototipado.

• Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo técnico y de desarrollo para garantizar que los requisitos del cliente se reflejen correctamente en las especificaciones técnicas y funcionalidades del sistema.

• Evaluar los procesos de negocio del cliente para identificar, definir y trazar requisitos funcionales y no funcionales.

• Documentar la configuración del sistema y elaborar la documentación necesaria para facilitar la adopción y el uso de la solución por parte del cliente.

• Participar en las pruebas del sistema y en la formación de usuarios finales.

What you’ll do 
•    Application of formal change methodology, models, and framework to pragmatically help our clients with their technology driven transformation 
•    Working within a cross functional team to lead change management deliverables and activities 
•    Articulate compelling case for change, coaching Change Sponsors (and project teams) on messaging, influence and leading effective change. 
•    Setting up and developing a Change Network to ‘Champion’ the change and facilitate two way communication 
•    Measurement of short- and long-term readiness and adoption  
•    Quantitative and qualitative analyses on impacts and risks to produce data-driven change outputs and deliver pragmatic change 
•    Identification and alignment of relevant stakeholders internally and client facing 
•    Distribution of timely and relevant information through an integrated, attractive, and comprehensive communications approach 
•    Development and execution of training plans to prepare individuals for success during and after the change 
•    Assessment of organisational readiness and current state vs. future state gaps 
•    Management of OCM activities and deliverables within the context of a larger project/program 
•    Executing change, communications and training strategy 
•    Measuring adoption success of new technologies implemented 
•    Demonstrate excellent client management and engagement skills 
•    Support the closure of the project and ensure the client is able to transition to business-as-usual 
•    Supporting Business Development and presales activities
