Key Responsibilities
As a Power Platform Management Consultant, your focus is on Power Platform solutions within the Workplace services field. Day to day you will design and implement Power Platform applications to meet client requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams under challenging circumstances to deliver high-quality solutions. You will apply your expertise in the Power Platform and Microsoft 365 suite of products translating business requirements into technical deliverables, estimating and managing timing, workforce and demand supply process, and addressing task backlog as well as unit testing phasis for continuous improvement of client solutions. You will share best practices for Power Platform solutions with global Avanade team members and attend partner events for knowledge and delivery model sharing.

Working as part of the ERP team you’ll collect information, analyze requirements and solve problems, providing technical and operational support.

Key Responsibilities
Transform business requirements into a straightforward and technical model, and match processes to application requirements
Prototype and configure processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) to make sure the system works the way your client needs it to
Run workshops with your clients, consultants, and client leaders to analyze and design solutions for any application, and handle gaps detected during prototyping
Work with the technical team to make sure that your clients' needs are incorporated into the specifications and functions
Create or evaluate a breakdown of your clients’ businesses processes so that you can identify and link functional and non-functional requirements
Documents settings and prepare your clients to use the system
Support testing the proposed system and train users

¡Únete a nuestro Avanade Campus, el programa de prácticas que comienza en Marzo 2026 en una de las áreas del mercado Workplace Engineering con tecnología Microsoft.
Como estudiante en prácticas en la Talent Community de Workplace Engineering, tendrás parte de formación específica al departamento y aplicarás los conocimientos adquiridos participando en proyectos relacionados con la ingeniería de datos, análisis de datos y analítica avanzada.
Lo que harás:
Provisión y entrega de los dispositivos que utilizarán los usuarios finales con la instalación de las herramientas de colaboración y aplicaciones que necesitarán para desarrollar su trabajo diario;
Migración de los diferentes servicios existentes en Microsoft 365 en procesos de consolidación de compañías, adquisiciones, ventas, etc.
Consolidación de la información de las compañías en Microsoft 365 (OneDrive, Teams y SharePoint).
Puesta en marcha de Microsoft Teams Phone como centralita de telefonía;
Ejecución de servicios de operación, administración y mantenimiento de los sistemas implementados en los proyectos anteriores.
