• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

• Excellent language skills: German at C1 level or higher and strong proficiency in English (both written and spoken)

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor at the executive level, shaping data-driven transformation strategies and connecting advanced analytics and AI capabilities to measurable business outcomes. • Technology Solution Mindset: Understand data and AI architectures, and how technical decisions are made – and combine them with an advisory mindset for future-proof solutions. Work together with advisory colleagues as well as our technical experts to define the best solutions for our clients.
• Governance & Compliance: Advise on data governance, AI governance, and ethical AI practices to ensure compliance and trust.
• Offering Development: Create and launch new advisory services, methodologies, and accelerators for data and AI advisory.
• Thought Leadership: Contribute to industry insights and best practices for data-driven transformation.
• Mentorship: Coach junior consultants and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.

Skills and Experiences

Experience:

• 5+ years in data and AI, advisory or consulting a plus, with proven success in data strategy and AI-driven transformation programs.
• Strong background in data management, analytics, and AI technologies.
   

Skills:

• Deep understanding of strategy and business mindset
• Technical understanding of data architecture, AI frameworks and implementation.
• Ability to articulate business value and influence C-level decision-making.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Leadership attitude with intrinsic motivation to make a difference and drive innovation.
• Fluency in German at C1 level and strong English language capabilities, both written and verbal

Education:
