As a Digital Marketing/Sales Consultant, Digital Sales will collaborate with both the marketing and sales departments to drive business through online channels. By accurately understanding customer needs and providing optimal digital solutions, Digital Sales will support the entire process from lead generation to closing deals. What You Will Do:
- Build a healthy pipeline and source sales opportunities by creating drip campaigns, emailing, following up on leads, and responding to marketing and partner leads.

- Develop prospect intelligence including company background research and other pertinent lead information.
- Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities.
- Maintain market knowledge including competitive products, pricing, and policies. Maintain data quality and confidentiality.
- Collaboration Responsibilities Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure brand consistency in customer outreach efforts.

What you’ll do
Own the sales cycle end to end: from pipeline creation to signed SOW — including discovery, qualification, pursuit strategy, pricing, negotiation, and close for multi tower services (Data & AI, Security, SRE/Operations, App Dev, Data Engineering).
Sell-to Microsoft: Position Avanade & Accenture’s differentiated services to align with Microsoft’s AI and agentic transformation agenda.
Create Value Propositions: translate technical capabilities (e.g. data platforms, ML Ops, SRE/Service Excellence) into quantified business outcomes tied to the customer’s roadmap.
Deal governance & forecasting: run pursuits through standard approval gates and maintain high quality forecast hygiene in CRM; partner with sales ops/deal desk for compliant, timely contract closure.
Executive relationship management: build trusted relationships with Director/VP/CVP stakeholders; facilitate solutioning workshops and showcase demos/proofs aligned to Microsoft’s priorities.
Account growth: expand wallet share through renewals, upsells, and cross sell across Data & AI, Security, Modern Apps, and Intelligent Operations; land pilot scale motions leveraging Avanade assets.

As a Dynamics 365 Finance Lead, you are considered a Finance expert and have in depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O. You are energetic and passionate about Dynamics 365 F&O and how it can be used to solve complex business problems.
You have the capability to lead project engagements and support pre-sales, providing expert services to solution complex finance deals and supporting Functional Architects and Enterprise Architects across multiple technologies and offerings. With your solution and industry experience you will lead the Finance stream and provide Functional guidance and direction leveraging your deep knowledge of Dynamics 365
You are also seen as a technology leader within the Dynamics 365 community, and you routinely share your knowledge on bleeding edge topics in community and internal events. Together we do what matters.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluating and understanding the business process and preparing a detailed Business requirement specification document [BRS]
Ability to analyse client requirements and objectives to determine how software can best meet clients’ requirements and objectives.
Convert requirements to functional specs and functional design documents
Functional consulting, design and develop Dynamics 365 F&O for clients on Finance, Project Accounting and related modules
Work closely with clients and other team members to define, design and align the business application to the business requirements.
Should have experience in handling SIT, End user training, UAT and Go Live.
Should have experience in data migration activities.
Manage and deliver small projects independently. Lead other consultants in delivering according to client expectations; take ownership of successful completion of deliverables and projects.
Participate in the development of functional design documentation and technical specifications, unit, and system test scripts, and deployment plans perform SIT testing.
Facilitate functional sessions and weekly status meetings with clients, including the ability to drive a client to decisions.
Own project deliverables (status reports, documentation, test plans.) Take personal ownership of the success of deliverables and projects.
