Together with Skuld, Avanade developed a new CRM system to handle multiple business processes allowing the company to realize their strategy for future growth.

To address a situation where customer information and sales processes were fragmented and manual, Skuld decided to invest in a CRM platform that would equip the organization for its future growth ambitions.


The project has established a platform for Skuld to support its business processes in the following areas:

Customer management: A 360-degree view of Skuld’s customers and contacts.

Marketing and segmentation: Based upon the customer information in the CRM solution, Skuld is now able to streamline its marketing activities.

Sales: Skuld’s sales activities are now standardized and streamlined through the implementation of a structured sales process in CRM.
