Adam works closely with the Avanade Board of Directors and his leadership team to realise our mission of making a genuine impact on our clients and their customers through solutions based on the Microsoft platform.
Adam joined Avanade at its inception in April, 2000, and as one of the founding members, was instrumental in building the company and shaping its culture. A senior leader, Adam has significant experience managing and growing Avanade’s business operations, having served as General Manager and Senior Vice President for the company’s North American and European operations during his tenure. As Executive Vice President, he has also led Avanade’s worldwide sales and marketing teams, and set the vision and direction for Avanade solutions.
A true global citizen, Adam has lived in both Europe and North America, and has frequently traveled the globe visiting Avanade clients and regional offices.
Adam came to Avanade from Microsoft, where he was General Manager of the Midwest District, responsible for sales and support of Microsoft software throughout Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin. Prior to this position, he was General Manager of Microsoft's Enterprise Services, responsible for implementing the strategy and plans for Microsoft's direct and partner services organisations focused on enterprise customers.
Adam earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College, London.
As COO, Dave Seybold is responsible for the company’s operating performance and global business operations.
Dave joined Avanade after 25 years at IBM, where most recently he was GBS Global Leader for IBM Software and Cloud Business Solutions. In that capacity, he was responsible for IBM’s cross-brand business model, Cloud Business Solutions. Earlier, Dave held a number of IBM leadership roles, including managing partner for the GBS general business; vice president, Consulting Services Europe; and general manager, Global Delivery India.
Throughout his career Dave has maintained a keen interest in using technology to drive innovation, revenue growth and cost reduction. He has worked with a diverse set of clients in multiple industries and has been published in numerous leading journals.
Dave holds a BS in Quantitative Analysis and a BA in Economics from Penn State University, an MS in Operations Research and an MBA from the University of Maryland, Smith School of Business.
Chief Financial Officer Ken Guthrie is responsible for all of Avanade’s finance operations, including accounting, budgeting, tax, internal audit, financial planning and treasury.
Ken joined Avanade in 2012 after a 19-year career at Accenture, where he was a senior executive focusing on client financial management, program management, business operations and negotiation/commercial disciplines. For the last 5 years at Accenture, he was the Director of Operations and Finance for Accenture’s $2 billion Resources North America operating group.
Ken is a graduate of Arizona State University.
As Avanade Chief Information & Security Officer, Bob Bruns is responsible for Avanade’s internal enterprise technology and for delivering the technology capabilities that power the company’s people and operations worldwide. In addition, he is responsible for Avanade information security, client data protection, incident management, asset protection, and business continuity programmes. As CI&SO, Bob and his teams work with clients to ensure we meet their information security obligations.
Previously Bob was Vice President of Infrastructure Services and Global Operations, accountable for delivery of Avanade’s enterprise infrastructure services worldwide, including security, end-user enablement, collaboration, hosting and network services. Earlier in his career, he spent 14 years with Accenture, serving as Director of Unified Communications & Collaboration Services.
Bob holds a degree in Information Decision Science from the University of Illinois, as well as advanced leadership programme certifications from the Foster School of Business, University of Washington, and the Haas School of Business, University of California Berkeley.

As Chief Marketing Officer, Stella Goulet leads Avanade’s global marketing organisation. She is responsible for guiding the company’s image and market development through a period of high growth and significant change in the IT industry as businesses become increasingly digital. She is Avanade’s first CMO and a member of its executive leadership team.
Stella joined Avanade from Capgemini, where she led global marketing as corporate vice president. In her career, she has covered every marketing aspect of a business-to-business services firm: packaging and promoting solutions, field marketing, content and thought leadership development, branding, advertising, digital marketing, media and analyst relations, and marketing for major acquisitions.
She is a member of Forrester’s CMO and Marketing Leadership Group and has served on the Information Technology Services Marketing Association (ITSMA) Advisory Board. Stella speaks on a variety of marketing-related topics that focus on helping grow profitable businesses in the digital world; these include the CIO-CMO relationship and digital marketing. A strong proponent of diversity in the IT industry, she is involved in activities designed to encourage girls and young women to consider careers in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM).
Stella holds an MBA in Finance and International Business from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University and a BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she was a Morehead-Cain Scholar.
As Avanade’s Chief Human Resources & Leadership Officer, Stephen Kelly is responsible for Avanade’s worldwide human capital and HR strategy.
Stephen has more than 20 years of international business and HR experience, having undertaken business and people-related roles in both local and international markets across a number of sectors, including transport, financial services, telecommunications, media and technology. Prior to joining Avanade, Stephen was Chief People Officer for Logica, a major international technology, consulting and outsourcing business, where he had particular responsibility for implementing a new business operating model and driving cultural change programs focused on clients and people. Earlier he was director of BBC People for the British Broadcasting Corporation, and Chief Human Resources and Change Officer for British Telecom’s BT Global Services.
Stephen is a keen advocate of the roles a strong brand and high engagement play in driving improved business performance, particularly in people-intensive businesses. In addition, he has been instrumental in understanding the changing demographics, the contrasting pace of change and growth between established and emerging markets, the shifts in the nature of work itself, and what this all means for HR.
Stephen holds an MBA from Loughborough University. He is a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
David leads the company's global legal group and serves as principal legal advisor to Avanade’s executive leadership and board of directors. He also serves as corporate secretary to the board of directors and contributes to Avanade’s overall strategy as a member of its executive leadership team.
David came to Avanade from Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company where he was Associate General Counsel of Global Commercial Operations responsible for legal aspects of the company’s global commercial operations. Previously, he held legal leadership roles at Honeywell, where he served as Vice President and General Counsel for Latin America and Canada, and Andersen Worldwide, where he served as Global Lead Counsel for Business Consulting and Global Lead Counsel for Expansions.
David holds a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School and a B.A. from Northwestern University

As Chief Growth Officer, Ashish Kumar is responsible for driving strategic and operational initiatives to accelerate Avanade’s growth. He is also responsible for Avanade’s Digital offerings. Ashish oversees the global departments for sales, alliances, innovation, industry and strategy.
From 2008 to 2013, Ashish was President, Europe, Africa and Latin America. He joined Avanade at its inception as Chief Technology Officer and served in this role from 2000 to 2008. During his tenure, he established Avanade’s global delivery capability in India and the Philippines.
Prior to Avanade, Ashish was general manager of Microsoft’s Industry Solutions Group, a consulting unit that delivered the first generation of Microsoft-based enterprise-scale solutions across vertical markets. Ashish started his career in database product engineering at Digital Equipment Corporation.
A recognized leader in IT, Ashish has been named one of the 25 Most Influential CTOs by InfoWorld magazine and one of ComputerWorld magazine’s Top 100 IT Professionals.
Ashish holds a Bachelor's degree in computer science from Imperial College, University of London, and a master's degree in computer science from the University of Florida.
As Executive, Avanade Client Experience, Ian is responsible for creating a unique approach for our clients as we work together to help them realise results. As part of this role, he is driving the development of Avanade’s global advisory practice, centred on the agendas of IT modernisation, business productivity and the transformation to cloud and digital technologies.
Previously Ian was president of Avanade’s Growth Markets, responsible for business operations in Australia, Brazil, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore and South Africa.
Ian has held a number of leadership posts at Avanade, including responsibility for Avanade’s sales, marketing, alliances, innovation and industry focuses. Prior to that, he led Avanade’s UK region. Ian has more than 25 years in technology, consulting, outsourcing and local professional services businesses in the UK, US and Europe, including a number of leadership roles at Capgemini.
Ian holds a combined honours degree in Environmental Science from the University of Exeter, a postgraduate degree from St. Luke’s College and a diploma in Computer Science.
Bernie Neville leads Avanade’s Global Business Management organisation. She is responsible for managing the company operating system, which includes oversight of strategy implementation and management of key leadership forums. In addition, Bernie works across all business units and functions to drive continuous improvement and simplification of business activities to improve performance and effectiveness.
Previously Bernie served as Europe’s chief operating officer, responsible for executing Avanade’s strategy and operational excellence across all European regions, as well as managing Avanade’s expansion into Brazil and South Africa. Earlier in her Avanade career, Bernie held a number of global and European roles focused on geographic expansion, enterprise process and systems implementation, alliance management and business operations management.
In addition to her 15 years with Avanade, Bernie spent 10 years at Andersen Consulting (Accenture) as a process and technology consulting advisor working with clients in the UK, Ireland, France and Latin America to implement business solutions to drive improved business performance and growth.
Bernie holds a business degree from University College Dublin.
As Executive, Global Market Units, Rich Stern is responsible for coordinating and guiding the effective execution of Avanade strategy across its digital, cloud, technology services and business applications portfolios. In his role he partners closely with each Market Unit and the global Platforms, Services and Offerings team to define and launch offerings that transform our clients’ business operations.
In addition, as global PS&O cloud portfolio lead, Rich is responsible for Avanade’s cloud platforms, services and offerings business, helping accelerate our clients’ move to an "as-a-service" business model. He drives overall growth in Avanade’s cloud business, defining the skills required for delivering secure cloud solutions, and working closely with Avanade’s expert technologists and partners.
Prior to his current roles, Rich led the global Technology Infrastructure organisation, setting the strategic direction of the business via the development of assets and solutions, working closely with sales teams to understand client demand and deliver successful project outcomes. As the Workplace Transformation Services global lead, he helped organisations transform their workplace environments through the strategic use of the latest technologies, processes and delivery models.
Earlier in his Avanade career Rich held a number of leadership roles in sales and technology delivery. Rich came to Avanade from Hewlett-Packard and earlier spent six years at Microsoft as general manager of the Industry Solutions Group.
Rich holds a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from Saint John's University.
Anna Di Silverio, president of Growth Markets, is responsible for Avanade’s accelerated growth and business operations in Australia, Brazil, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore and South Africa.
Previously Anna served as Growth Markets’ chief operating officer, responsible for executing Avanade’s strategy and operational excellence across all Growth Markets regions. Earlier in her Avanade career, she was general manager of Avanade Italy. Under her leadership, the Italy region consistently delivered year-on-year double-digit growth, driven by Anna’s commitment to building a high-performing team and diverse workforce; a strong collaborative partnership with Accenture and Microsoft; and a relentless focus on helping Avanade clients realise results, attributes she brings to all subsequent roles.
Anna has 15 years of Microsoft experience, holding different roles and responsibilities in the areas of services and sales, most recently as Microsoft Services Director and as Public Sector Director. She began her career as a networking architecture researcher in the Computer Sciences Department of the University of Pisa. Earlier in her career, she was a software architect.
Anna holds a degree in computer sciences from the University of Pisa.
As President, Europe, Pamela Maynard is responsible for directing strategy and operations across 13 geographies. Pamela has more than 15 years of experience in IT consulting, with a strong emphasis on driving client excellence. Before assuming the role of EALA President, she served as general manager of Avanade UK, driving the development of innovative solutions to help Avanade’s clients realise results.
Pamela joined Avanade UK in 2008 as head of enterprise applications and infrastructure consulting. In that role, she was responsible for development, information management and collaboration, infrastructure consulting, project management and outsourcing.
Pamela came to Avanade from Capgemini, where she spearheaded IT performance improvement for global clients. She has also held IT strategy and program management positions at Ernst & Young and consultancy roles at Oracle.

As President of North America, Mick is responsible for guiding the sales, delivery and operations of Avanade's largest business. Working closely with the United States and Canada leadership team, Mick ensures consistent, high-quality results for Avanade's North American clients.
Mick has been part of Avanade’s leadership team since its formation in 2000, serving in a variety of leadership roles. Most recently, he led the strategic investment and joint development of hybrid cloud solutions on behalf of Avanade, Accenture and Microsoft. Previously, Mick drove Avanade’s solution and managed services go-to-market efforts, led the implementation of Avanade’s global service line organisation, oversaw Avanade’s global delivery investments and drove the growth of Avanade’s global delivery network.
A seasoned leader with more than 25 years of consulting experience, Mick came to Avanade following a decade at Andersen Consulting (Accenture), where he was both a strategy and technology advisor helping clients in the United States, Europe and Asia create business opportunities and advantages through the use of technology. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with honors from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA in Management with distinction from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Chris Miller is Avanade’s Chief Technology Innovation Officer, responsible for Avanade’s technology innovation and incubation function worldwide. As CTIO, he is responsible for leading Avanade’s client-centric innovation agenda, developing and communicating the company’s technology vision both internally and externally, and for supporting all aspects of the company's technology development. Previously, Chris was Chief Information Officer, responsible for the technology capabilities that power the company’s people and operations worldwide.
Chris is a trusted advisor both inside and outside the company. Chris and his team work closely with Microsoft to maintain Avanade’s role as an aggressive early adopter of Microsoft enterprise technologies. He regularly shares first-hand experience and insights about deployments with clients to help them optimise their own operations.
Chris joined Avanade after 16 years at Accenture, where he served as a senior director for Accenture’s Collaboration 2.0 programme. In this role, he oversaw a multi-year initiative to enable 180,000 global employees with next-generation collaboration capabilities.

Tyson Hartman guides the vision and development of Avanade offerings across the spectrum of company innovation, with a focus on digital, cloud, technology services and business applications. Across these areas, Tyson also drives development of “as-a-service” offerings and managed services as part of Avanade’s platform growth strategy. In addition, Tyson is co-executive lead of Avanade’s global talent community program, which supports development of Avanade’s 27,000 global professionals.
Tyson, who joined Avanade when it first launched in June 2000, previously led Avanade’s Global Service Lines organisation. Earlier he served as Chief Technology Officer at the beginning of the cloud and digital revolutions, and as Avanade’s Global Customer Executive with Microsoft. Previously, Tyson was with Accenture, where he focused on ecommerce and high-volume online transaction processing systems in the high-tech, communications and consumer products industries.
Tyson has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Computer Engineering from the University of Southern California.

Raghavan Iyer has more than 22 years of experience in the IT sector and has held leadership positions in companies such as Honeywell, Syntel and Accenture prior to joining Avanade in 2010.
Raghavan currently leads Avanade’s Global Delivery Network, overseeing more than 20,000 professionals across the world.
During his tenure at Accenture, Raghavan played a key role in setting up and establishing Accenture’s outsourcing practice in India, as well as setting up the Life Sciences practice under the Products operating group and eventually leading outsourcing delivery for both the Products and Health and Public Service operating groups. He has a strong process orientation and expertise in program management, package implementation, rollout and support, and managing large portfolios, while working both onshore and offshore.
Raghavan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai, as well as additional certifications, including Project Management Professional, Six Sigma Greenbelt and Design For Six Sigma
Kari Forsén is General Manager, Nordics (covering Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden). Kari joins from Capgemini where she was most recently Vice President, Sales, Infrastructure Services. Kari has nearly 30 years of experience in the Swedish IT industry and been nearly 20 years at Accenture where she oversaw the creation of Accenture’s Technology Solutions division in Sweden and was its Managing Director for six years.
In his position as Managing Director and Country Manager for Avanade Finland, Jussi is responsible for developing and growing Avanade’s business operations.
Before joining Avanade, Jussi worked in Fujitsu 2011-2015 where he was Head of Private Sector. Prior Fujitsu he hold several business development and leadership positions in Hewlett-Packard (2004-2011) and Ford Motor Company (1998-2004).
Jussi holds a Master’s Degree in Economics and Business Administration from University of Vaasa.
In his position as Vice President Nordic Market Units, Petri Ketola is responsible for Digital, Cloud and Managed Services at Avanade Nordic.
Prior to his Nordic role, Petri acted as a Avanade Finland Country Manager from 2005 to 2015.
Before joining Avanade in 2005, Petri was Senior Manager with Accenture where he was part of their Strategic IT Effectiveness organization in US consulting large enterprises. During his 11 years career with Accenture he also worked with Accenture in Finland and was responsible for technology solution group operations.
Petri is chairman of the board for an 80-year old family business. He holds a Master’s Degree from Helsinki University of Technology with focus on corporate strategy and computer science.
Marianne Lindhard Moe comes from Microsoft Denmark where she has been since 2011. Before joining Microsoft Marianne worked 7 years for Lawson Software, the last two years as Country Manager.
In Microsoft Marianne was Director for Microsoft Dynamics in Denmark and Iceland. She brings almost 30 years of experience from the IT and ERP industry. Initially starting off as a project manager in Digital Equipment before joining Lindhard Computer Systems, a Nordic IT company owned by her father, where she ended up leading the Danish and Swedish subsidiary and responsible for selling the company to Jan and Paul Baan (from Baan Company), where she joined and worked for them for 5 years.
Marianne holds a degree in Master of Science, IT and a bachelor degree in Business Management and administration from Copenhagen Business School.
Lena Lundgreen is Country Manager for Norway, and responsible for all aspects of the business ranging from business strategy to day-to-day operations and the overall P&L.
Prior to her advancement to Country Manager in 2014, Lena worked as Nordic collaboration service line lead and before that Nordic business desk lead.
Before joining Avanade in 2011, Lena has held various positions in Itera and Objectware, including responsibilities such as project management, project portfolio, internal quality systems, and legal affairs.
Lena has an education in Law (Cand.jur) from University of Oslo (UiO).
As HR Director, Vibeke is responsible for HR in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden.
Vibeke Nyvold has a long experience from executive positions within HR, strategy and business development. She has worked across different industries (pharmaceuticals, retail, oil & gas and IT) and countries. Her main focus has been on internationalization and business growth.
Vibeke is educated from the Norwegian agricultural university where she studied food science and technology and finance
In her position as Managing Director and Country Manager for Avanade Sweden, Åsa is responsible for growing and developing the Avanade business in Sweden.
Prior to her role at Avanade Åsa started her career at Ericsson, moved to IBM and during her time at IBM she held a number of different positions such as Head of Business Area Application Management Services and leading large client engagement as Project Executive locally and globally.
Åsa holds a Master in Information Science and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Henley Management College.
