As an AI Engineer within our Data & AI Practice, you’ll leverage a client-centric approach to translate our client’s business strategy into solutions and services that lead to successful, impactful outcomes. You’ll engage in solutioning and support on the most strategic opportunities, intervene in high-risk complex deliveries, and contribute to shape the strategic direction around data architecture. Together we do what matters. 

Key Responsibilities

• As an AI Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions that address real-world business challenges.

• Build, train, and optimize machine learning models, including supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning approaches.

• Implement and maintain data pipelines, ensuring data quality and accessibility for model development and production.

• Work with cloud platforms (such as Azure, AWS, or GCP) to operationalize AI solutions, leveraging services like Azure ML, Cognitive Services, or their equivalents.

• Participate in code reviews, contribute to technical documentation, and support the integration of AI models into production systems.

• Stay current with the latest AI/ML research, tools, and best practices, and proactively share knowledge with the team.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in model performance, data quality, and deployment pipelines.

• Communicate technical concepts and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Summary

We are looking for Junior Machine Learning Engineers with hands-on experience in LLMOps, deep learning, statistical modeling, and software development. As part of Data& AI team, you will develop analytics solutions based on machine learning & statistical predictive algorithms for our clients. Together we do what matters.

Key responsibilities

• Work on the development of ML, AI, and statistical algorithms and solutions using R and Python

• Prepare advanced data analyses and support in the presentation of results to business stakeholders

• Work with team members and leads to define Data Science use cases using current and emerging technologies

• Transforming data science prototypes and applying appropriate ML algorithms and tools

• Turning unstructured data into useful information by auto-tagging images and text-to-speech conversions.

• Solving complex problems with multi-layered data sets, as well as optimizing existing machine learning libraries and frameworks.

• Developing ML algorithms to analyze huge volumes of historical data to make predictions.

• Running tests, performing statistical analysis, and interpreting test results.

• Create dashboards and interactive visual reports using Power BI; Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) with clear objectives and consistently monitor KPIs

• Analyzing data and present data through reports that aid decision-making

• Create relationships between data and develop tabular and other multidimensional data models

• Chart creation and data documentation explaining algorithms, parameters, models, and relations

• Analyze current ETL process, define and design new systems

• SQL querying for best results, use of filters and graphs for better understanding of data

In this role, you will work closely with senior advisors and technical experts to help shape data-driven strategies and deliver impactful solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Client Support: Assist in analyzing client challenges and contribute to defining solutions that create business value through data and AI.

• Research & Analysis: Gather and interpret data to support the development of data management, data strategy, and AI strategy roadmaps.

• Collaboration: Work with advisory and technical teams to understand architectures and help design future-proof solutions.

• Workshops & Presentations: Prepare and deliver workshops and presentations for different stakeholder groups.

• Content Development: Contribute to creating presentations, reports, and frameworks for client engagements.

• Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with trends in data and AI and share insights with the team.

Experience:

• Internship or academic projects in data analytics, AI, or related fields are a plus.

Skills:

• Basic technical understanding of data management concepts, data and analytic platforms, and AI technologies.

• Familiarity with tools such as M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power BI or Power Platform is an advantage.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

• Excellent language skills: German at C1 level or higher and strong proficiency in English (both written and spoken)

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
