Responsabilidades:

• Administrar e manter ambientes de SQL Server e PostgreSQL, garantindo desempenho, disponibilidade e confiabilidade.
• Atuar na sustentação diária dos ambientes On-Premises e em Cloud Azure.
• Executar análises de performance, tuning básico, troubleshooting e correções.
• Desenvolver e manter objetos de banco de dados: views, procedures, funções e scripts para atender necessidades específicas do negócio.
• Realizar rotinas de backup, restore, manutenção e monitoramento dos ambientes.
• Contribuir para iniciativas de governança de dados, incluindo validação, padronização e melhoria de processos.
• Suportar soluções de alta disponibilidade e estratégias básicas de disaster recovery.
• Utilizar conhecimentos em Windows e Linux para atuação integrada com as plataformas.
• Trabalhar com ferramentas de ETL, schedulling, monitoramento e backup.
• Apoiar projetos de migração e upgrade de bancos de dados.
• Colaborar com equipes multidisciplinares para evolução contínua dos ambientes e entrega de valor aos clientes.

As a CRM Solution Development Associate Manager/ Manager you’ll leverage your subject matter expertise to design and implement Dynamics 365 Online CRM solutions across all phases of Avanade projects. You will lead client engagements and delivery teams in planning, designing, building, testing, and maintaining CRM solutions.

You’re not just experienced—you’re a leader who understands the intricacies of CRM systems and knows how to connect with clients while guiding teams to success. Organized, energetic, and confident, you thrive in both boardroom discussions and technical whiteboard sessions. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of Dynamics 365 Online CRM solutions, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
• Manage and mentor technical teams, driving accountability, coding standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and client stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Oversee CRM customization, including entities, attributes, business rules, workflows, and plugins.
• Provide technical direction for API development and system integrations using C# Web APIs and RESTful services.
• Manage version control and code collaboration using Bitbucket or similar tools.
• Ensure effective deployment and configuration management through CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins.
• Coordinate and perform CRM data migrations, preferably using SSIS or KingswaySoft.
• Implement and enforce unit testing practices using mock frameworks.
• Use tools like XRM Toolbox to enhance productivity and solution quality.
