As a Quality Engineer (Tester), you will be responsible for enabling full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day activities will include performing continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite, creating automation strategies, developing automated scripts, and supporting data and environment configuration. You will participate in code reviews, monitor, and report defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.
You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems. Intermediate proficiency in Test Execution and Management is required. Intermediate proficiency in System Defect Management, System Integration Testing, and Quality Engineering Strategy Implementation is recommended.
Develop and implement comprehensive test plans to ensure quality standards are met.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
Utilize automation tools to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in quality engineering.

- You will be responsible for identifying high potential transformation deals, leading, and running many of the entire sales cycles.

Als Solution Architect für Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement verantwortest du die fachliche und technische Gesamtarchitektur komplexer CRM‑Lösungen.
Du übersetzt geschäftliche Anforderungen in skalierbare, sichere und wartbare Lösungsarchitekturen und stellst sicher, dass diese den strategischen Zielen des Kunden sowie den Plattform‑ und Architekturstandards entsprechen. Deine Aufgaben:
Konzeption und Gestaltung ganzheitlicher Lösungsarchitekturen auf Basis von Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (z. B. Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service) und der Power Platform
Analyse fachlicher und technischer Anforderungen sowie Ableitung fundierter Architektur‑ und Designentscheidungen unter Berücksichtigung von Skalierbarkeit, Sicherheit, Performance und Wartbarkeit.
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Architekturprinzipien, Best Practices und ALM‑Vorgaben (z. B. Managed/Unmanaged Solutions, Environment‑Strategie, Deployment‑Standards).
Design und Bewertung von Integrationen zu angrenzenden Systemen (z. B. ERP‑Systeme wie SAP, Azure‑Services, Power Platform, Drittanwendungen).
Technische Leitung von Projekt‑ und Entwicklungsteams, Unterstützung bei technischen Fragestellungen sowie Durchführung von Architektur‑Reviews und Design‑Workshops.
Mitarbeit in Pre‑Sales‑Phasen, Erstellung von Solution‑Konzepten, Aufwandsschätzungen und technischen Beiträgen zu Angeboten und Kundenpräsentationen.
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen, Projektleitung, Entwicklern sowie Kunden‑ und Management‑Stakeholdern auf unterschiedlichen Ebenen.
