As a Customer Engineer, you will collaborate directly with customer teams to provide expert advisory services across a range of technologies. By leveraging structured intellectual property (MIP) engagements, you will establish trusted advisor relationships and guide customers towards achieving a healthy and secure state. Key responsibilities
- Design, deploy, configure, and operate Azure Local / Azure Stack HCI environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
- Implement and manage Software‑Defined Networking (SDN) solutions, including Network ATC, to support scalable and resilient hybrid infrastructure.
- Deploy, configure, and optimize Storage Spaces Direct (S2D) and enterprise storage provisioning solutions.
- Enable and manage Azure Arc for Servers, extending Azure management, governance, and monitoring to on‑premises and hybrid environments.
- Architect, deploy, and support Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) solutions, including host pools, session hosts, profiles, and monitoring.
- Provision, manage, and optimize virtual machines across hybrid platforms, including Azure, Azure Local, Hyper‑V, and VMware.
- Configure and operate Azure Update Manager to provide centralized and compliant patch management across hybrid workloads.
- Implement observability and operational monitoring using Azure Monitor, ensuring proactive issue detection and performance optimization.
- Provide advanced administration, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management for Windows Server environments (2012 R2–2025).
- Design and manage enterprise virtualization environments using Azure Stack HCI/Azure Local, Hyper‑V, VMware, and System Center Virtual Machine Manager (SCVMM).
- Architect and support Azure Hybrid Services, including:
- Azure Backup and Azure Site Recovery for business continuity and disaster recovery
- Azure Migrate for discovery, assessment, and migration planning
- Azure Arc and Azure Monitor for unified management
- Azure Virtual Machines (IaaS) and Azure Virtual Desktop
- Plan and execute backup, recovery, and migration strategies using tools such as SCDPM, Veeam, Commvault, Carbonite, and Azure‑native services.
- Design and support Azure IaaS architectures, covering virtual networking, storage, compute, resiliency, and performance best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to modernize legacy infrastructure and guide adoption of hybrid and cloud solutions aligned with Microsoft best practices.

Key responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Entra ID solutions to support secure identity and access management across cloud and hybrid environments.
- Define and enforce Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to ensure least-privilege access and compliance with organizational security policies.
- Manage Entra ID identities, including:
- User accounts
- Service principals
- Group management (security and Microsoft 365 groups)
- Configure and administer Entra ID Enterprise Applications, including app registrations, permissions, consent, and lifecycle management.
- Design, implement, and troubleshoot authentication models, including:
- Cloud authentication (Password Hash Sync / Pass-Through Authentication)
- Federated authentication
- Modern authentication protocols such as OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and Kerberos
- Passwordless authentication using FIDO2 and Passkeys
- Implement and manage device identity and access scenarios, including Hybrid Azure AD Join and Azure AD Join (AADJ).
- Plan, deploy, and operate account synchronization solutions, including:
- Microsoft Entra ID Connect

- Configure and maintain Entra ID P1 and P2 security features, including:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Customer Engineer specializing in Microsoft Office Suite / Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise. The ideal candidate will help customers empower their employees, maximize employee productivity and drive success and seamless operation of Microsoft Teams to our customers. This role is customer-facing and requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with technical, non-technical and leadership contacts with customers. Key responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor in customer-facing engagements, providing expert guidance on Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise, including Teams and Office Apps.
- Deliver high-quality technical advisory for Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams by diagnosing and resolving issues remotely and on-site.
- Assist customers with installation, configuration, deployment, administration, and troubleshooting of Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise and Office Suites.
- Design, implement, and support Microsoft 365 Apps integrations, including SharePoint, OneDrive, and Office Online Server, ensuring seamless functionality within customer IT environments.
- Conduct technical workshops, training sessions, and webinars to educate customers on best practices, new features, and optimal usage of Microsoft 365 Apps.
- Analyze complex technical problems, make informed decisions, and provide effective solutions with a strong customer-first mindset.
- Collaborate closely with internal IT teams and stakeholders to ensure successful deployments and integration with existing infrastructure.
- Guide customers in transitioning from legacy solutions by recommending modern, efficient approaches aligned with Microsoft best practices.
- Leverage scripting and automation tools such as PowerShell, VBA, and Office Scripts to help customers streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and extend Office Apps functionality.
- Provide expert recommendations on Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise deployment strategies and best practices.
- Maintain strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Office 365 administration, and fundamental networking concepts to support enterprise environments.
- Stay current with the latest Microsoft 365 updates, features, and roadmaps, proactively advising customers on adoption and implementation strategies.
