Internship – Client Solutions (Data & AI)

We are looking for a motivated AI Intern to support our Data, Analytics, and AI initiatives. During this 6-month internship, you’ll work closely with our Client Solution Leader, data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to analyze data, build basic machine learning models, and communicate insights through clear presentations and documentation. As part of a team of AI consultants, you’ll support the delivery of solutions that protect organizations and enable business outcomes. Together we do what matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in data exploration, cleaning, and preprocessing for analytics and AI projects
• Ability to prepare for Demos
• Develop and run Python-based scripts for data analysis and experimentation
• Support the design and testing of machine learning models (e.g., regression, classification, clustering)
• Analyze model outputs and help interpret results for business use cases
• Create PowerPoint presentations to communicate insights, findings, and recommendations clearly
• Document code, assumptions, and analytical approaches in a structured manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, consultants, and product teams
• Stay updated on emerging trends in AI, machine learning, and analytics

As a Customer Engineer, you will collaborate directly with customer teams to provide expert advisory services across a range of technologies. By leveraging structured intellectual property (MIP) engagements, you will establish trusted advisor relationships and guide customers towards achieving a healthy and secure state. Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy, configure, and operate Azure Local / Azure Stack HCI environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
• Implement and manage Software‑Defined Networking (SDN) solutions, including Network ATC, to support scalable and resilient hybrid infrastructure.
• Deploy, configure, and optimize Storage Spaces Direct (S2D) and enterprise storage provisioning solutions.
• Enable and manage Azure Arc for Servers, extending Azure management, governance, and monitoring to on‑premises and hybrid environments.
• Architect, deploy, and support Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) solutions, including host pools, session hosts, profiles, and monitoring.
• Provision, manage, and optimize virtual machines across hybrid platforms, including Azure, Azure Local, Hyper‑V, and VMware.
• Configure and operate Azure Update Manager to provide centralized and compliant patch management across hybrid workloads.
• Implement observability and operational monitoring using Azure Monitor, ensuring proactive issue detection and performance optimization.
• Provide advanced administration, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management for Windows Server environments (2012 R2–2025).
• Design and manage enterprise virtualization environments using Azure Stack HCI/Azure Local, Hyper‑V, VMware, and System Center Virtual Machine Manager (SCVMM).
• Architect and support Azure Hybrid Services, including:
  • Azure Backup and Azure Site Recovery for business continuity and disaster recovery
  • Azure Migrate for discovery, assessment, and migration planning
  • Azure Arc and Azure Monitor for unified management
  • Azure Virtual Machines (IaaS) and Azure Virtual Desktop
• Plan and execute backup, recovery, and migration strategies using tools such as SCDPM, Veeam, Commvault, Carbonite, and Azure‑native services.
• Design and support Azure IaaS architectures, covering virtual networking, storage, compute, resiliency, and performance best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to modernize legacy infrastructure and guide adoption of hybrid and cloud solutions aligned with Microsoft best practices.

• Manage Entra ID identities, including:
  • User accounts
  • Service principals
  • Group management (security and Microsoft 365 groups)
• Configure and administer Entra ID Enterprise Applications, including app registrations, permissions, consent, and lifecycle management.
• Design, implement, and troubleshoot authentication models, including:
  • Cloud authentication (Password Hash Sync / Pass-Through Authentication)
  • Federated authentication
  • Modern authentication protocols such as OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and Kerberos
  • Passwordless authentication using FIDO2 and Passkeys
• Implement and manage device identity and access scenarios, including Hybrid Azure AD Join and Azure AD Join (AADJ).
• Plan, deploy, and operate account synchronization solutions, including:
  • Microsoft Entra ID Connect
  • Entra Cloud Sync
• Configure and maintain Entra ID P1 and P2 security features, including:
  • Conditional Access policies
  • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
  • Risk‑based access controls
  • Security reporting and operational troubleshooting
• Implement and support Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) and Entra Password Protection, including:
  • Password policy configuration
  • Integration with on‑premises Active Directory
• Deliver Entra ID Governance capabilities, including:
  • Privileged Identity Management (PIM)
  • Periodic and self-service access reviews
  • Identity-related compliance and audit support
• Monitor, investigate, and remediate identity risks using Entra ID Protection.
• Leverage Microsoft Graph API fundamentals to support identity automation, reporting, and integration scenarios.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure secure identity architectures and seamless integration across platforms.

Responsabilidades:

• Garantir a saúde, estabilidade e conformidade dos dispositivos nos ambientes dos clientes.
• Monitorar e atuar proativamente em incidentes, degradações e eventos críticos.
• Administrar ambientes de endpoints com SCCM e Microsoft Intune.
• Gerenciar Autopilot, políticas de configuração, segurança e compliance.
• Executar deployment de aplicações e patch management em larga escala.
• Realizar troubleshooting avançado em cenários complexos.
• Executar rotinas críticas (updates, compliance, inventário).
• Criar relatórios operacionais e acompanhar indicadores (SLA, backlog, volumetria).
• Documentar processos, padronizações e boas práticas.
• Identificar oportunidades de melhoria contínua e ganho de eficiência.
• Desenvolver automações com PowerShell e apoiar a evolução de processos operacionais.
