Chargeable individuals who design and implement solutions to ensure people have the appropriate access. Including Authentication, Authorization, Administration & Auditing, Identity Lifecyle Management, RBAC, External Identities (B2B and CIAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM) and implement Zero Trust Principles.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement modern authentication solutions (OAuth, SAML, token-based authentication, claims transformations).
- Manage identities and authentication services using Microsoft Entra ID, including SSO, Conditional Access, MFA, PIM, and authentication methods.
- Enhance and secure Active Directory environments, including AD tiered models, GPOs, DNS, PKI/Certification Authority, and AD recovery.
- Manage IAM lifecycle processes (provisioning, deprovisioning, JML, IGA).
- Configure and maintain Entra ID Hybrid Sync and application provisioning (SCIM, custom attributes).
- Develop and implement External Identity solutions including Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM)
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM issues across AD, Entra ID, and authentication flows.
- Lead or contribute to solution design and delivery for identity projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in an agile environment.
- Support privileged access management and secrets management initiatives.

À titre de Consultant senior – Architecte Power BI, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la conception et la livraison de solutions analytiques à l’échelle de l’entreprise pour les clients d’Avanade au Canada. Vos responsabilités
Concevoir et livrer des solutions analytiques Power BI et Microsoft Fabric de bout en bout, incluant les modèles sémantiques, jeux de données, rapports et tableaux de bord, alignés sur les objectifs d’affaires des clients.
Définir des architectures Power BI et Microsoft Fabric favorisant l’évolutivité, la performance, la sécurité et l’analytique en libre‑service pour des environnements d’entreprise.
Agir à titre de responsable technique Power BI dans le cadre de mandats clients, en contribuant à la qualité des solutions et au succès de la livraison.
Concevoir des modèles de données optimisés à l’aide de Power BI, des modèles sémantiques Fabric, du DAX, du SQL et des meilleures pratiques en modélisation dimensionnelle.
Intégrer Power BI aux composantes de Microsoft Fabric (p. ex. Lakehouse, Entrepôt de données, Pipelines de données) et collaborer avec les équipes d’ingénierie des données sur les stratégies d’ingestion, de transformation et de rafraîchissement.
Mettre en œuvre des pratiques robustes de gouvernance, de sécurité (incluant la sécurité au niveau des lignes), de déploiement et de gestion du cycle de vie, conformes aux standards d’entreprise et aux cadres de gouvernance Fabric.
Communiquer clairement les décisions d’architecture et les compromis, tant auprès d’intervenants techniques que non techniques.

Role Overview
To meet growing demand from high-potential Microsoft clients, Avanade must scale faster with dramatically lower cost of sale, requiring a shift to productized services and growth that is decoupled from headcount. We’re looking for a leader to accelerate the productization and commercialization of Avanade’s offerings.
We are hiring a Senior Manager, GTM Product Management, for [AI Business Solutions / Cloud & AI Platforms / Security] to lead one of Microsoft’s newly defined solution areas and play a critical role in scaling repeatable solutions into productized services. This position reports to the GTM Product Executive, who oversees the strategy, lifecycle, and execution of Avanade Go’s portfolio of productized offerings.
In this role, you will guide offerings through the productization engine; from design and packaging to launch and post-launch iteration. Success will require strong cross-functional collaboration to ensure each solution is market-ready, operationally scalable, and aligned with client, regional, and Microsoft priorities.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with deep Microsoft solution area expertise who’s ready to shape the future of our business at the intersection of product, delivery, and go-to-market execution.
Key Accountabilities
Socialize and position offerings with clients: Support market validation, gather intelligence, and ensure offerings are positioned effectively with clients and aligned to buyer needs
