Per rafforzare la Modern Workplace Practice, siamo alla ricerca di un Microsoft Office Apps Customer Engineer che operi come punto di riferimento tecnico per clienti enterprise complessi.

Il ruolo è fortemente customer‑facing e orientato a supporto avanzato, troubleshooting, enablement e advisory tecnico, con un focus concreto sull’utilizzo e l’ottimizzazione delle Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise.

Il tuo ruolo

Come Microsoft Office Apps Customer Engineer:

• supporterai i clienti nell’utilizzo avanzato e nella gestione delle Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise
• agirai come riferimento tecnico per l’adozione e l’ottimizzazione delle soluzioni di produttività
• interagirai con stakeholder tecnici, non tecnici e decisionali, garantendo comunicazione chiara ed efficace
• opererai in autonomia e in collaborazione con team globali, in un modello di delivery distribuito

Cosa farai concretamente

• Fornirai supporto tecnico avanzato su:
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Microsoft Teams
• Diagnosticherai e risolverai problematiche tecniche legate alle Office Apps, sia da remoto sia on‑site
  • Supporterai attività di installazione, configurazione e troubleshooting delle Microsoft 365 Apps
• Accompagnerai i clienti nell’adozione delle best practice di deployment delle Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise
• Fornirai guida tecnica su:
  • utilizzo di VBA e Macros per automazione e integrazione tra Office Apps
  • Office Scripts, spiegandone benefici, casi d’uso e best practice
• Condurrai workshop tecnici, sessioni di training e webinar per supportare adozione e competenze interne
• Supporterai l’integrazione delle Office Apps con: SharePoint, OneDrive, Office Online Server
• Fornirai raccomandazioni tecniche per la transizione da soluzioni legacy a soluzioni moderne Microsoft 365
• Collaborerai con altri team IT per garantire integrazione e continuità operativa all’interno dell’infrastruttura del cliente

As an Analytics Architect within our Data & AI Practice, you’ll leverage a client-centric approach to translate our client’s business strategy into solutions and services that lead to successful, impactful outcomes. You’ll engage in solutioning and support on the most strategic opportunities, intervene in high-risk complex deliveries, and contribute to shape the strategic direction around data architecture.  Together we do what matters. 
  
Key Responsibilities

• As an AI architect assigned to a client project, you will typically work closely with delivery teams and client stakeholders to provide technical leadership, shape deals and propositions, drive architectural decisions, create plans and roadmaps, and produce design artifacts  

• Assist clients in their journey to Microsoft Azure or leverage their existing investment in it - you can expect a significant focus on applying cloud architectural patterns and migration strategies 

• Play a key role in Avanade's sales process with the responsibility for shaping the high-level design, estimates, and contractual details for client proposals in collaboration with other subject matter experts in the business 

• As a senior member of the Avanade technical community, you will provide coaching and mentoring to motivate and inspire more junior colleagues from within your team and across the organization 

• Translate complex technical solutions and present them in different formats; to business decision makers into business outcomes, to Market in engaging video or blog format content, to internal Sales Teams in battle card format 

• Engage in early conversations with the client and/or sales team and support origination and deal qualification, become the trusted advisor.  Prepare and represent the solution in Deal Reviews and play an active role in Orals, Client Presentations, and negotiations discussions with key client buyers 

• Complete pricing, using standard solution architecture processes, methods, estimating, and modelling tools to drive quality and minimize time to solution through process and reuse.  Understand and leverage different Pricing Models and work with Sales Leads to articulate deal pricing.  Ensuring a deal is both winnable and deliverable, mitigating potential risks

• Traduzir requisitos de negócios em soluções técnicas.
• Analisar práticas de negócios atuais e identificar oportunidades futuras.
• Apoiar o planejamento e implementação de serviços de design de dados.
• Entregar arquiteturas para transformações e modernizações de soluções de dados.
• Projetar e construir pipelines e fluxos de dados modernos.
• Desenvolver e manter esquemas de data warehouse e bancos de dados.
• Expor dados aos usuários finais usando plataformas de visualização modernas.
