Q. What gets you out of bed every morning? (What motivates you each day?)
A. I love what I do for a living and my role at Avanade. I really enjoy meeting all the different people in my office and through my assigned projects, as it helps me better understand others’ perspectives and how to work better with teams.

Q. What makes Avanade different from other places you’ve worked?
A. It is really a great workplace full of opportunities that I think will enable me to keep improving myself with the latest technologies. One example of this is working with Dynamics 365. I am still exploring it and learning how it can help with resource planning, which is an important part of project management.

Q. What is your proudest career moment and why?
A. In my former job, I was promoted to a team lead. I found it rewarding to guide my team members through a project and learn how to better manage people to help them reach their fullest potential and finish the job well for our clients.

Q. What advice would you give to your younger self?
A. Never be afraid of failure in life because each mistake teaches us something and makes us stronger.

Q. What is your secret to making progress each day?
A. I have set my goals and have faith in myself to achieve them within a certain period of time. They motivate me to continue to push ahead, even when things are difficult.

Q. A typical weekend for me is…..
A. I love to spend time outside with friends and family, exploring outside of the city. The beach is a favorite destination – it gives me a feeling of peace and relaxation.

Q. Tell us one thing people don’t know about you.
A. When I meet new people I try to observe their actions and the way they talk before I start any interaction. By doing this, I am more comfortable where to start the conversation.
