It’s no surprise that the nature of work is currently undergoing profound change. The rapid proliferation of digital technologies, such as social and mobile tools, means that more work is being done outside of traditional office environments – enabling workers to be online anywhere, anytime, on their terms. More people than ever are seeking flexible work options, both in terms of how they work and where they work. And companies are looking at how they can attract the next generation of emattracting-the-next-generation-of-employeesployees. What does that mean for the future of work—even just five years from now? We want to hear your thoughts!

To celebrate Avanade’s 15-year anniversary, Avanade is creating a Digital Time Capsule and asking people to share what they think the future of work will be like in 2020. We’d love to see your ideas for what the future of work will look like.
