Southeast Asia digital trends and business priorities in 2021

In 2020, organizations were focused on digital solutions that enabled business continuity and helped both employees and customers to stay connected. But in 2021, things have changed. I am getting many questions from clients such as:

  • What are some of the digital transformation initiatives which we anticipate businesses will prioritize?
  • What are the business outcomes and how will these initiatives impact employees and customers?

To help answer these, I recently did an interview with Mediacorp’s CNA938 Tech Talk and discussed the key business outcomes that enterprises in the region want to achieve from their digital transformation initiatives. I also talked about how enterprises can reset and renew in 2021 based on our Rethink approach.
